How I handle personal data

The contact form is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss possible work together. You can also email me directly.

Who processes your data

The data controller is Martin Ryšavý. For privacy enquiries, you can contact me at martin@martinrysavy.com.

Contact form and communications

I process your name, company, phone number, email address if provided, message content and any other information you choose to provide. These are used to respond to your enquiry and discuss possible work together. The security check processes technical data needed to protect the form against misuse. Please do not send sensitive personal data or confidential business materials in your first message.

Purpose and legal basis

I handle enquiries and communications with business contacts on the basis of a legitimate interest in responding and discussing work together. If you are an individual discussing your own contract with me, processing necessary to prepare it is based on steps taken before entering into a contract. I do not use your data to send automated newsletters or make automated decisions.

Website operation and providers

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. When delivering the website, it processes technical data, such as IP addresses and request information, for operation and security. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form against misuse, and Resend delivers messages to my Google Workspace inbox. The inbox is connected to Attio, where I record contacts and follow-up communications. These providers may also process data outside the European Economic Area, subject to the relevant contractual safeguards.

The website has no visitor analytics or cookies of its own. It does not track invitations or write form submissions directly to a CRM or its own database. External websites are subject to their operators’ terms.

Data retention

If we do not work together, I will delete received communications within 12 months of the last message. If we do work together, longer statutory or contractual retention periods may apply to the related data.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions set out in applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, and object to processing. Send your request to the email address above. If you believe I am not handling your data correctly, you can contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
