We don’t know where to start with AI. What will we discuss on the first call?+
Just describe what you want to improve or what you already have under way. In 20 minutes, we’ll discuss your situation and a suitable next step. You don’t need a specific idea for using AI.
We have our own team or supplier. Can you join them?+
Yes. I can lead your AI initiatives or take on an agreed part of the implementation, working with your team, IT and suppliers. We’ll clarify who makes decisions, the capacity you need and the intended outcome. Scope and price are agreed separately. Depending on the quality of your existing materials, we’ll agree whether anything needs to be added. A new, full Map is not automatically required.
What do we keep from the Map if we don’t proceed with implementation?+
You’ll keep a recommended approach for your first solution or a selected part of a project already under way. The Map defines the goal, data and people needed, main risks, scope and estimated costs. It shows what needs preparing and how to assess the value. You can use it to continue with me, your own team or another supplier.
Is the Map fee credited towards implementation?+
Yes. If we continue with the same process within 30 days, I’ll deduct the full CZK 24,900 from the first month of implementation. The total from the Map to handover remains CZK 209,700 excluding VAT.
What does the implementation price include, and what is charged separately?+
The price includes designing and building the solution, testing it in real work, making changes within the agreed scope and handing over one process. We’ll clarify the technical scope, including any integration, in the Map. Licences, API usage, cloud services and any work by other suppliers are charged separately according to the chosen solution.
How much time and which people will you need from our business?+
We’ll involve a decision-maker from management, the future process owner and the people who work with the process. IT will be involved where needed. Before work starts, we’ll agree the time, information and participation in testing needed for that process.
How will you work with our IT team and handle our data?+
Handling business data securely is an integral part of our work together. We’ll review your systems and integration options with your IT team. We’ll check which sources are current and reliable. Before using any information, we’ll agree which data can be used, where it will be processed and who will have access. Depending on the risks, we’ll also address backup and recovery for the solution concerned.
How do you address GDPR, the AI Act and NIS2 requirements?+
We address relevant legal and security requirements during preparation, not only after implementation. Depending on the data, how AI is used and your company’s obligations, we’ll clarify GDPR, the AI Act and any requirements of Czech cybersecurity legislation implementing NIS2. Where specialist assessment is needed, we’ll involve an external legal or security specialist. We’ll agree the scope and cost of their work in advance.
How will we assess the result, and what if it doesn’t meet expectations?+
We’ll agree the starting point and a success criterion in advance, such as processing time or the number of corrections. We’ll compare the result using an agreed sample of real work. If the criterion isn’t met, we’ll assess the cause and agree changes within the contracted scope or decide what to do next.
What will our team member take over, and who will keep the solution running?+
Your team member will take over the solution, documentation and know-how to use it and review its output. We’ll agree who provides technical support and further development based on what your team, IT and suppliers can cover. Support and development after handover is available if needed.
